Terms of Service

Designit

These terms govern access to Designit, a pay-per-use API for generating design-system color palettes, font pairings, and related structured output.

1. Service Provider

2. Accounts and API Access

Customers are responsible for securing accounts and API keys, managing organization members, and ensuring that API usage is authorized by the customer.

3. Credits, Payments, and Invoices

Designit uses prepaid credits. Credits are deducted when paid API calls complete. Payments are processed through Stripe, and invoices or receipts are issued using the billing details supplied during checkout.

4. Generated Output

Customers remain responsible for reviewing generated palettes, accessibility claims, font choices, and code integration decisions before using the output in production.

5. Acceptable Use

Customers must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other tenants, scrape or overload the API, or use the service for unlawful activity.

6. Availability and Changes

The service may change over time and may rely on providers such as Stripe, hosting platforms, authentication, email, analytics, and AI processing. Availability can be affected by those providers.
